Courses
We offer a wide range of features for course administration, here we have selected some of the most important ones.
Calender
Our calendar views offer day, week, and month layouts. You can also colour‑code your activities by type, instructor, customer group, and much more.Resource overview and calendar synchronisation
We give you a clear overview of instructor and meeting‑room utilisation through our resource dashboard. Calendar synchronisation ensures that meeting invitations are sent to participants and that your meeting rooms are booked automatically.List views, easy export, and user customisation
Naturally, you can view your data in clear, easy‑to‑navigate lists that can be filtered by dates or customer segments. All lists can be exported to Excel, and each user can choose exactly which columns should be displayed.Registration flow and recognition of returning participants
When you manage registrations for multiple courses at once, our registration flow provides a simple and intuitive overview. And with Planorama’s unique participant‑recognition feature, participant data is automatically identified, making the processing of registrations fast and effortless.Instructors, Coordinators, Participants
In Planorama, all resources involved in a course can log in. So if you have resource types beyond the usual instructors, coordinators, and participants, we can support those as well. Each type of resource has different access levels and properties for each course.Timelines and automation
Streamlining and structuring daily operations is a core part of the idea behind Planorama. With our timelines, you can automate actions that you would otherwise handle manually — for example sending course invitations, distributing evaluations, or issuing invoices. Each individual course has its own timeline, and the same applies to programmes.Files, certificates, tickets, and mail merge
It is possible both to attach and send files in connection with a course, and Planorama also offers data‑merging to both Microsoft Word and PDF. This can be used for certificates, tickets, place cards, name tags, and more. Merged files can also be sent to the participants.Templates
In Planorama, you can save most elements as templates, making it easy to reuse your data. On a course template, you can save the timeline, files, eligible instructors for the course, and available locations.E-learning
In Planorama, it is possible to distribute and complete online learning material. We offer both our own method and the industry standard, SCORM.
Easy creation of learning content
We give you the ability to upload your own PDF files to the system. We automatically convert them into images so they can be displayed on all platforms, and you can easily mix questionnaires and videos into your learning content.SCORM compatible
Planorama is compatible with SCORM 1.2, 2004 and we also support Scorm Cloud. The execution takes place within the Planorama environment, so the user is not sent to other systems.
Execution on all platforms
E‑learning from Planorama can be completed on PCs, tablets, and mobile phones.Tracking time can be used
By distributing materials as e‑learning, you not only gain insight into whether your participants complete the training, but also how much time they spend on it. You can even add questions to check whether they have understood the content.Surveys
Our surveys can of course be simple yes/no questions, but you always have the option to use more advanced features.
Question types
You can create simple question types such as multiple‑choice, free‑text, or checkbox questions, but you can also build advanced question types like matrix questions or file uploads. In the questionnaire, you can specify which questions are easy or difficult, assign point values to each question, and define what is required to pass.Guided courses
By creating a Guide, you give the user the option to answer only a subset of the questions. For example: if they answer A, then question B will be shown; if they answer C, then question D will be shown.Question pools
With pools, you can have a bank of, for example, 100 questions and give each user 10 different ones. You can also mix question types — for instance, providing 5 easy questions and 5 difficult ones. You decide the categories and what is required to pass the survey.Exam & Time
Some of our customers use our survey for exams and testing purposes. In that context, it is often relevant to time‑limit access to the survey. It is also possible to send a merged PDF diploma upon completion — you design the diploma yourself.Training programs
In Planorama, you can create profiles, which are collections of learning content that can be assigned to users.
Target groups
Who should receive which profile can be automated through target groups — for example, everyone who buys a specific course or belongs to a particular customer or department.Blending of learning methods
A training profile can consist of courses, surveys, and e‑learning, allowing you to create a blended learning program. You can also categorise the learning within the profile and require that it is completed in a fixed sequence.Timelines and automatic follow‑up
Just like with courses, you can use our timeline logic on training profiles. This means you can automatically message the user when the profile is assigned, or send a reminder if the profile has not been completed within a certain number of days or by a specific date.Diplomas
When a profile is completed, a merged PDF diploma can be sent directly to the user. You can also choose when the training is considered passed — whether all activities must be completed or only a subset.
Reporting
In Planorama, you can extract data into lists and reports.
Visual extracts
When you generate extracts in Planorama, the system automatically creates a visual report with easy‑to‑read graphs. But of course, you can always view the underlying data in a list.Overview of the individual programme
We have created a series of standard extracts that are available for each individual course programme, giving you a quick overview of your participants, etc.Extracts across activities
You can of course generate extracts across your data — for example, everyone who has attended a specific course, or those who scored poorly on a particular question in your evaluation.Budgets & Pipeline
You can also enter income and expenses for each individual course. This can help you create a budget for an upcoming period or generate a financial report that you can reconcile with.Integrations
We offer a range of standard integrations that are ready to use. In addition, we have built integrations for a wide variety of other systems.
Office 365 and Exchange
